半个月前我发表《假冒他人名义发送电子邮件是一种卑鄙、违法的行为》一文后，问题不但没有解决，反而有愈演愈烈之势。

我又检查了一遍我的hotmail信箱前段时间收到的邮件，发现了另外一些可疑的邮件。最近也收到一些。下面分别列出相关内容（不包括《假冒他人名义发送电子邮件是一种卑鄙、违法的行为》一文中已提及的邮件）：

◆作为弱者武器的日常生活抗争
公开的、有组织的的政治行动对于多数下层阶级、边缘群体来说是过于奢侈，因为那即使不是自取灭亡，也是过于危险的。为了避免这些风险，弱者更多的是采用日常生活的反抗，即与他们那索取超量的劳动、食物、税收、租金和利益的那些有权势者进行持续不断的斗争。
这些日常开工的反抗通常包括：偷懒、装糊涂、开小差、假装顺从、偷窃、装傻卖呆、诽谤、纵火、怠工等。
日常抗争形式的特点是，它们几乎不需要事先的协调或计划，它们利用心照不宣和非正式的网络，通常表现为一种个体的自助形式；避免直接地、向征性地对抗权威。
◆维权抗争
维权抗争也称"依法抗争"或"以法抗争"。这种抗争是以政策和法律为依据的抗争，是市民积极运用国家法律和中央政策维护其政治权利和经济利益不受地方政府和地方官员侵害的政治活动，从其内容和形式两方面来看，维权抗争兼有政治参与和政治抵抗的特点。就其过程和结果来看，依法抗争有可能通过促进国家法律或中央政策的落实而演变成完全的政治参与。这种反抗形式是一种公开的、准制度化或半制度化的形式，它一般是以具体的事件为背景，主要是一种有关集体具体利益的抗争。
维权抗争的主要形式： 上访、宣传、阻收、诉讼和逼退、静坐和示威。
维权抗争的基本目标：
抗争内容具有公共性，如："减轻农民负担"、"反对贪官污吏"、"保护农民的土地财产"、"村务公开和民主理财"等。由于抗争的问题是由公共权力机关实施行为造成的，故抗争的对象主要是地方政府的党政机关以及其组织。
维权抗争的组织特点：
1、有一定的意志坚定的抗争精英
2、有明确的宗旨
3、有一定的组织性和分工
4、有一定的决策机制
5、有一定的激励，约束机制
◆国内维权抗争的情况：
1、公民维权网发表有关中国维权抗争的报告。
2、在国家以经济实力增长的同时，中国的人权状况并没有得到相应的改善。
3、社会弱势群体的情况尤为悲惨。
4、去年是中国公民人权意识觉醒及民间维权成熟的一年，但中国维权人士去年受打压的情况仍然严重。
◆维权抗争的重要事件
1、陕北民营油田投资人维权的朱久虎律师被拘押四个月……为广东番禺太石村村民提供法律服务的郭飞雄被逮捕，而帮助村民维权的广州律师唐荆陵及中山大学教授艾晓明、湖北省维权人士吕邦列、姚立法以及北京市维权人士胡佳、赵昕等都先后受到暴徒袭击，北京著名维权律师高智晟的律师事务所被勒令停为一年。

3、高智晟律师绝食维权
4、福建莆田黄维忠维权土地权益被捕起诉案
5、沂南公安非法超期扣留盘问维权人士队光诚
◆维权抗争面对的遭遇

9月9日动态网络技术公司推出自由门6.5专业版后，又有人拿此做文章：
9月15日15时39分，我的hotmail信箱收到1封来自zhiyoumen6.5@gmail.com、署名“自由门”、主题为“突破网络封锁，自由门6.5发布！？”、内容是关于自由门6.5的邮件。
30分钟后的16时09分，我的hotmail信箱收到1封来自fangylngkang@gmail.com、署名“方应看”的邮件，主题和内容同上。
约6个小时后的22时02分和04分，我的gmail信箱也分别收到上面两封邮件。
这4封邮件均未显示收件人，同时带有一个245.5KB大小的附件，标题是“自由门6.5(附数字指纹).rar”。

8月28日，我的gmail信箱出现1封奇怪的邮件。这封邮件的发件人是我的gmail信箱，收件人是estebanlarenga@gmail.com，发件人署名“Clayton Hadley”，主题是“Re：”，邮送域是“comease.com”，内容空白。
在9月3日我发表《假冒他人名义发送电子邮件是一种卑鄙、违法的行为》一文后的9月11日，奇怪的事情升级：发件人和收件人都是我的gmail信箱。此后，这种情况每天都发生，最多一天3次（9月12日和18日）。下面是相关资料（邮送域均为hotmail.com）：

这些邮件里面的网址我从未点击打开过，不知具体内容是什么。
因为gmail信箱有一种功能，可以用它从其他电子邮件地址发送邮件，于是我就尝试了一下。我先打开我的gmail信箱右上角的“设置”里面的“帐户”一栏，在“添加其他电子邮件地址”里面添加上我的一位朋友的电子邮件地址，然后让朋友从其电子信箱里找到密码告诉我。我输入密码完成操作以后，用我的gmail信箱给这位朋友的hotmail信箱发送了1封邮件。朋友收到后告诉我，收到的邮件显示的发件人是这位朋友的电子邮件地址，署名却仍然是我的名字。
就是说，别人用他自己的电子信箱发送的邮件确实可以显示我的电子信箱。但是，根据上面的操作，他必须首先能进入我的电子信箱才能拿到密码完成操作。想到这里，我不禁打了一个寒颤：别人已经进入了我的电子信箱？
我的电脑和网络知识极其有限。我不知道还有没有别的方法做到这些。
我想，我还是先公布我的这些经历再说别的吧。
